After you’ve made an enquiry, the office will log your details, send you out an introductory pack via email, this will contain our registered address, public liability insurance, employees liability insurance references, pictures of our work before and after and welcome you to the team of experts so you know you’re in safe hands this will also contain our list of guarantees we offer.

You will then arrange a date and time that suits you to receive your free quote, we will confirm your appointment the day before via text or email, same day quotes are also available if you have an emergency or classified as urgent, we will take photographic evidence whist quoting the roofing works required these we will forward over to you with the quote , if you make the right decision to use ideal roofing, we will take pictures throughout for our records and your records which you will receive with your invoice and guarantee on completion, we care about you and your roof.
